What if my order has not arrived?

We aim to ship your order within 1 working day of you placing the order. However please do allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery from when you receive your dispatch email. If your order has not arrived by this time then please contact us at contact@scoesmatter.com and we can check your order status for you.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I'm not happy with the purchase, can I return the card(s)?

Although we know you'll love the card, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any unused Pocketshield Card(s) to us, within 14 days after the day that you received it to: Returns, ScoresMatter Limited, 1 Chalfont Park, Gerrards Cross, SL9 0BG. Please ensure that you include your full name, address and date of purchase when returning the item. After, the 14 days you do not have any automatic right to return the product unless it is faulty.

Postage and proof of posting of returns

You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the Pocketshield Card(s) to us. We must receive the item(s) in good resalable condition. It is advised that you retain proof of postage or send the items by signed for or special delivery.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund the cost of the pocketshield(s) paid for purchasing the item, once we have confirmed receipt of the card and its condition. Refunds are made back to the card from which the payment was made and can take between 5-10 working days to show up in your account. Please check with your card issuer if you have any queries.
