How big is it?
The Pocket Shield is 1.1mm in depth, you’ll barely notice it’s there!
How does it work?
Pocket Shield utilizes military grade technology to electromagnetically jam RFID signals. The card adapts the power of it’s jamming signal to ward off even the most powerful RFID scanners looking to target you. If you want to see it working just watch for the light on the bottom right corner.
What information can they steal?
Cyber pickpockets can remotely steal information found in your payment cards, passports, ID cards, and any other RFID enabled device.
How do I know it’s working?
There’s a built in LED light on the bottom right hand corner of the PocketShield card. If you want to see it working just place your card near a RFID scanner and watch it light up.
Who are ScoresMatter?
ScoresMatter is UK based company regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to provide access to Credit Reports and Scores. It also provides a Dark Web Scan and Loan Affordability tool to registered users.
What is contactless fraud?
Pickpockets don’t even need to take your card anymore to steal your money. There are devices designed to make contactless payments when you think your card is safely inside your wallet. These devices can even read and store card details, which can then be sold on and either cloned or used to make fraudulent purchases.
